I called this place today for my Dads AC that has been out, and Jeff came out within a few hours from when I called. Outstanding service, he was able to fix it so quickly and eased our concerns and gave instructions for further care. So much gratitude and will use in the future when needed.

Even in peak season they were able to work us in and replace our old AC they were friendly ,on time, and did a good job.

Ryan and Affordable Comfort KC are great! Call them first. He was responsive to phone calls and texts, showed up when he said he would and his work is top quality. He caught a few things the first guy missed (and these things were confirmed necessary by another technician). He makes sure you have what you need, but won’t try to sell you on something unnecessary. The products he uses are great quality. He is an all around good guy who does great work! We won’t use anyone else!

I want to thank Ryan and Jeff for troubleshooting our new furnace. This furnace has been a headache since it was put in. The furnace and AC was installed last May. When we got around to using the furnace in October for the first time it kept trying to turn on but would keep shutting itself off. The company who installed it tried to make it right and changed a few things and Determined we needed a new furnace. In January they replace the furnace. Lo and behold the new furnace did the same thing. And of course we let them know but no one answered our calls or returned our text messages. So we called affordable comfort Kc. After some troubleshooting and talking with Lennox Jeff figured out that our nest thermostat was not compatible with our furnace. We can’t thank Jeff and Ryan enough for stepping in and figuring out someone else’s problem kudos to you guys. Thanks again for all your efforts you guys are pros.

My furnace went off in the middle of the night. I called Affordable Comfort they were at my home within 3 hours from my call. They explained that my furnace had blew a fuse. They spent time showing me the problem. They’re very responsive, and professional.

Really Appreciate finding Affordable Comfort to come take care of our problem. Our AC finally gave out after a reliable lifespan, and I was able to get these guys to come give me a quote. They arrived earlier than expected and were able to set up the install within 2 days… saving us from long sweaty nights.
On install day they arrived early, and worked quickly, cleanly and even took a lot of care to make sure our pets didnt get loose.
We are very pleased with our choice and will definitely use this company again!

I was so impressed by this local company! I had been using a KC-area company for several years and felt the pricing was getting too high and it was getting harder to schedule service. I ran across Affordable Comfort online and called to schedule. I couldn’t be happier with the service and professional courtesy and the BILL, which was about HALF of what I had been paying. Jeff took time to do a good service cleaning and check on my AC system, consulted on options and made recommendations without pressuring me. Definitely will be calling Affordable Comfort from now on.

In Aug 2021 our very old ac unit died on one of the two hottest days of the year and within 30 minutes of calling they were at my house, diagnosed the problem and had a brand new unit installed the next day! This morning our heater stopped working and in a matter of 30 minutes the issue was fixed! What great service and professionalism! I will be using this compnay for all of my future AC/heater needs.
